Silver Mountain Builders serves both residential and commercial clients primarily in New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts. We have also completed projects in New Jersey, New Hampshire, Vermont and Virginia.
Owner Kevin Rooney is a dedicated and enthusiastic professional with over 40 years experience in the construction industry. His familiarity in the field has created a unique balance between hands-on experience in virtually every aspect of design, land development and construction and management of residential, estate and commercial projects. Kevin’s diverse personal and business-related skills include the ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors and vendors, to research, identify and interpret technical information quickly and accurately and to clearly report information pertinent to a project with sensitivity to client concerns and priorities. Kevin is skilled at controlling costs in all areas of construction as they directly impact efficiency and quality. He has worked closely with architects, engineers and subcontractors and with municipal, county and town governments, including planning and zoning boards and is a registered licensed contractor.
